Acting as a PM/Producer, I led a team of 15 passionate strategist, associates, and a creative team in two major campaigns for Amnesty and Ford foundation. Developed & implemented production workflows and managed editorial shoots from pre-production through asset delivery. In partnership with internal and external teams, I ensured all creative projects were properly planned, budgeted, and resourced for a successful shoot and image delivery.
